Cloudficient’s experience was built through migrating and governing large, complex information populations across changing enterprise environments.
A migration could be technically complete while the organization still depended on the source platform because some information remained subject to legal holds or other obligations. Organizations were left keeping an obsolete system running or moving everything into the new environment. Both carried unnecessary cost and risk.
Keeping complex information understandable through change
Cloudficient helps organizations understand, preserve, move, and govern complex information as systems change, with purpose-built technology and specialist expertise across Context-Aware eDiscovery™, Legal Data Continuity™, and complex migrations.
Built from experience with the hardest part of data changes
These challenges revealed that successful data change required more than moving content. It required understanding what the information was, which obligations applied, and what should happen to it next.
Cloudficient developed an approach to determine the appropriate outcome for each information population, preserve the context needed to understand it, and create a controlled path toward active use, governed retention, or authorized disposition.
The same insight now shapes our approach to eDiscovery, where collecting content alone is not always enough to explain what happened. Identity, activity, repository, and document context may also be needed to support informed decisions.
Technology and expertise for complex information challenges
Systems change, but the obligations attached to information can remain. Cloudficient combines purpose-built technology with specialist expertise to help organizations manage that complexity.
Our purpose-built technology helps organizations make information accessible, understandable, and governable across legal, governance, and migration workflows.
Our team brings experience in complex enterprise environments, helping organizations navigate change, preserve context, and address the obligations attached to their information.
Cloudficient solutions
Our work spans three connected areas.
Bring identity, activity, repository, and document context into the discovery process so legal teams can make better-informed decisions from identification through review.
Keep legally significant information accessible, understandable, and governed when systems are retired, organizations change, or the people associated with the information move on.
Move information to the right destination while addressing retention, legal, governance, and operational requirements that can otherwise prevent source systems from being decommissioned.
