Service Delivery Consultant (US Remote)

Job Role Overview

The Cloudficient Delivery team is the backbone of Cloudficient’s service organization. They deliver projects to the highest standards with a mastery of Cloudficient products and a clear understanding of how to create the right outcome for their customer. They continually find ways to grow the Services portfolio and consistently feed back improvement ideas to the product management team. A Service Delivery Consultant is the day to day driving force of project delivery, executing multiple projects at the same time to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Setting up projects with Partners and relevant Cloudficient team members
  • Evangelizing the value of Cloudficient Services and Products to Partners and their clients
  • Executing projects to time and quality standards
  • Day to day Partner / Client management – reporting and general communication
  • Supporting the Head of Services with activities to set out Services strategy and plans
  • Represent the Delivery team on calls

A Service Delivery Consultant is expected to be responsible and accountable for these areas:

  • Day to day Services delivery
    • Update Head of Services with current project statuses and metrics
    • Perform deployment/configuration/pilot phases of new projects
    • Track and chase any support/engineering tickets for services projects
    • Engage in knowledge transfer
    • Expand product knowledge in new product lines
    • Manage and maintain existing projects
    • Develop new processes and procedures to continually improve delivery
  • Partner management
    • Update partner/clients on project statuses
    • Track migration license usages
    • Communicate with partner PM’s and engineering teams with relevant projects

Job Skills & Specifications


  • Clear and concise communication skills - both internally and with partners / suppliers
  • Ability to transfer knowledge and learn and deliver services using new products as they are included in the Services remit
  • Knowledge of Email and general IT products and concepts
  • Office 365, Azure, Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server experience
  • Strong organizational ability, structured and flexible as the situation demands
  • Able to work effectively with a globally distributed team
  • Professional and courteous and outcome focused
  • Self-motivated with good time-management and self-scheduling based on priorities
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Desire to deliver quality products
  • Ability to understand and manage complex technical products / projects
  • Confident to discuss technical issues in pressured conditions
  • Troubleshooting mindset
  • Articulate and able to present a strong, positive image of Cloudficient


  • Knowledge of Email archiving 
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery software and processes
  • Deeper knowledge of:
    • Azure and Cloud based functions
    • SQL
    • Exchange
    • Enterprise Vault and other email archive technologies

Type : Full time, with weekend flexibility
