Cloudficient Legalweek 2026 Booth Game

“Higher or Lower” Official Rules & Regulations

1. Eligibility

• The game is open to Legalweek 2026 attendees aged 18 or over.
• No purchase is necessary to participate.
• Participants must provide valid contact details to be entered into the prize draw.

2. How to Play

• Participants play the “Higher or Lower” card game at the Cloudficient booth.
• Players must correctly guess whether each subsequent card is higher or lower in value than the previous card.
• Booth staff decisions are final.

3. Instant Prizes

If the participant does not complete the game:
They may select one standard swag item (subject to availability), such as:

• Pen
• Tote bag
• Book

If the participant successfully completes the game:
They may select one premium prize (subject to availability), such as:

• Earbuds
• Bluetooth speaker
• Starbucks voucher

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

4. Grand Prize Draw – iPad

All participants who complete the game and provide valid contact details will be entered into a prize draw to win:

• One (1) iPad

Draw Details:

• The draw will take place at 10:30 AM on Thursday, 9 March (the final morning of Legalweek).
• One winner will be selected at random.

Winner Notification & Collection:

• The winner will be notified by email immediately following the draw.
• The winner must collect the iPad in person from the Cloudficient booth within 30 minutes of being notified.
• If the winner does not collect the prize within 30 minutes, an alternative winner will be drawn.
• The iPad cannot be mailed or shipped and must be collected in person during Legalweek.

5. General Conditions

• Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at Cloudficient’s discretion.
• Cloudficient reserves the right to refuse participation or withdraw prizes in the event of suspected misconduct or rule violations.
• By participating, entrants agree to these rules and to being contacted regarding the prize draw.
